Introduction

The Shun Wu Tang Federation Europe is a non-profit association (under French Law 1901) whose purpose is to:

  • Represent and protect the Gong Fu style of the Shun Wu Tang School in Europe;

  • Promote the values and traditions of Shun Wu Tang, as taught by the Grand Master of the Shun Wu Tang School in Taiwan;

  • Unite and oversee the proper functioning of branches and student groups established in Europe that have been recognized by the Grand Master of the Shun Wu Tang School in Taiwan;

  • Supervise teaching and train instructors to ensure the transmission of Shun Wu Tang in full respect of tradition;

  • Deepen its members’ knowledge of the Shun Wu Tang “family” system, as well as of Chinese culture, philosophy, and martial arts;

  • Manage and organize international and national events or training seminars, and ensure their proper implementation;

  • Provide the means for the Grand Master of the Shun Wu Tang School in Taiwan to attend the events or seminars it organizes;

  • Provide the means for its members to obtain rank certificates officially recognized by the Shun Wu Tang School in Taiwan.

The Federation therefore brings together both associative branches and private branches.

Intellectual Property

The French trademark “Shun Wu Tang” (verbal mark, no. 4 918 355), registered on December 4, 2022 in class 41, as well as the French figurative trademark “ insert official logo ” (no. 4 918 356), registered on the same date in class 41, are registered and protected trademarks with the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property, France).

Accordingly, under the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction, representation, use, distribution, or modification, in whole or in part, of these elements without express written authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute an act of infringement, engaging the civil and criminal liability of the offender.

The website user acknowledges that all content (texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software, etc.) appearing on the site is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights, and remains the exclusive property of Shun Wu Tang.
