Internal and seasonal practice at the heart of the winter transition

Training will focus on internal practice—rooted and preventive—to protect the body, draw warmth deeper inside, and preserve vital energy before the colder months.

Program Highlights

Qi Gong: strengthen foundations, stimulate internal circulation, and nourish the Kidneys

Mobility & Flexibility: maintain body elasticity

TaoLu: fluid practice connected with breathing

Gong Fang / Chin Na: partner work for coherence of form and efficiency

Theoretical Study: focus on energetic principles linked to the start of winter

Energetic Dietetics: “middle path” nutrition—storing energy without heaviness, warming without excess

Format

An intensive two-day seminar with around 15 hours of practice.

A unique opportunity to consciously slow down, strengthen internal defenses, and harmonize with the season by cultivating calm, dense, and centered energy.
