Mobility & Flexibility: maintain body elasticity
TaoLu: fluid practice connected with breathing
Gong Fang / Chin Na: partner work for coherence of form and efficiency
Theoretical Study: focus on energetic principles linked to the start of winter
Energetic Dietetics: “middle path” nutrition—storing energy without heaviness, warming without excess
Format
An intensive two-day seminar with around 15 hours of practice.
A unique opportunity to consciously slow down, strengthen internal defenses, and harmonize with the season by cultivating calm, dense, and centered energy.
